I have been around and owned horses all my life. My husband has been around horses
through marriage and is not comfortable with them. I was so impressed with Randy and
his skills that my husband and I went to Randy’s place with our two horses. Randy was
able to teach us in just three days. I learned more in those three days at his clinic than I
learned anywhere else through the years. I was amazed at how easy it is to train horses
or correct bad behavior. My husband’s confidence level has increased by working with
Randy and he and I both have a better understanding of how to communicate with
horses. What a difference it has made! Randy has a special way of drawing in his audience.
We thoroughly enjoyed the clinic and hope to get him up our way so he can pass on his

I recently attended a 5 day horsemanship clinic at Broken Circle Farm in McKenney,VA. I wanted to let you know that this was the finest experience I have ever had with my horse. My daughter also came with me. Randy Abernathy is a professional in every sense of the word. The entire experience was first class, from the 1st time I talked to Bunnie about coming to a clinic thru the end of day 5. Randy is a brilliant instructor, he has a tremendous amount of knowledge coupled with the ability to make all students regardless of ability understand and improve their skill level. My name is Branch Allen. I participated in a 5 day Randy Abernathy Horsemanship,LLC clinic in McKenney,VA. I have owned and shown Anerican Quarter Horses more than 20 years. My experience includes more than three nationally known AQHA trainers and clinics by four internationally known clinicians. Randy’s Horsemanship clinic is one of the best, if not the best, I have experienced. Randy’s knowledge about horses, the way they think/react, and his ability to convey that knowledge through good instruction for both equine and human is incredible. I left this clinic a much improved partner for my horse as owner and rider, will work on knowledge gained through the winter, and look forward to more of Randy’s instruction in the spring.
